So I woke up with more muscle definition

[ And now included is a pic of her right arm flexing. It's a bad angle, but you can see that her arm while still mostly soft and maidenly and now really jacked swole now has a clear sense of tight muscle there, much more so than before. Basically, just as much as you might expect on a chosen warrior who fights rapier. ]

Honestly it's making my left arm hurt for the first time in while so I'm not a fan! But it is neat to feel stronger!

Oh, yeah...I imagine it takes some time to get used to.
About how much stronger do you think you are now?

It's not super or anything, it's not *that* much different than before in terms of what I can lift. But I'm going to go to the gym and try some sprinting, I think my legs are better too.
