So I got a new roommate named Koga. He seems nice, just a little touchy. But don't tell him he's touchy.

Anyway, he works at a vet clinic and brings home small animals overnight sometimes. He says they'll stay in their room, but I figured I should give you a heads up Eren if you bring Titan over.

And Natty, if there's a particularly cute animal, I'll let you know so you can come up a reason to come over.

Haha, I did get really lucky with my roommates. Though there are some benefits to living alone....

But I do wonder if I missed out on the young experience for it . . . I guess the first year dorm life was the worst.

Haha, that's true! Porsche is a great roommate!

Yeah, I can attest to that. My first roommate before I moved into the house was awful.

I didn't mean in a bad way. He was just very vocal about people not touching his guitar.
Which of course I wouldn't!
And I said something along the lines that him being so touchy about his guitar shows how serious he is about his music.
But then he tried to play it down and went "call me touchy again. I dare you"

Which of course Akira did just that to provoke him.

I think so? I think he's just a little bristly, honestly.
But I don't think he's a bad person or anything.

If anything, he kinda reminds me of friend from the other life.
I even got a memory about it while I read him and Yusuke arguing over groceries...

Don't worry, I'm not gonna let him bully me. I don't think he would anyway.
He was already worried about making sure Yusuke eats despite just meeting us.
I think music's just a bit of a sore spot. He clearly loves it, but there's something that's making him refuse to acknowledge that.

Machias? Oh yeah, he's a good friend!
He even helped Rean and me go over materials we didn't get for midterms
Even though he was clearly way smarter and we were probably holding him back despite him claiming otherwise.
He just had a tendency to get riled up very easily with some of our other classmates.

i’m not worried about that, you can hold your own. he wouldn’t be crazy enough to anyway.
but it’s the lack of respect that pisses me off. knowing you guys, he’ll come through though. maybe you can get him to open up with music

except he was an asshole and we fought a lot. fist fought. at least what i remember of him.
but he was still important. i’d still pick him up if he was crumbling.
