[Elliot sure wouldn't want to kidnap him. Akira's right, he's probably fine.

They are still at that restaurant. Elliot's fruit parfait has been finished and thrown away. Elliot is getting more anxious by the minute.]

Okay, I'm getting really worried. W-What if he rode a cart out of the store and got hit by a car?

[That seems completely possible with Ryoji]

... If he did, he wouldn't die.

[ As morbid and gruesome as that sounds, it's unfortunately true. Akira isn't affronted by that, BUT he does understand they do need to check up on Ryoji. Something might have happened and he is worried. Throwing his pudding cup into the trash, he takes control of their cart of wonders. ]

Ryoji Search Party go!

[ Akira will start on this aisle. Elliot can follow him or go off on his own. ]

[ Ryoji is nowhere to be found.

Because his paid ran out and instead of renewing it, he's Pharos now, hanging off a full shopping cart and chatting with one of the store workers handing out free samples of various cheeses on wheat crackers; for all his charm, cute little kids can better cheat their way to more than one free sample. ]

[We'll just say Elliot tagged along or Akira will end up with two lost people in the store.

But Elliot, who never found out that Pharos and Ryoji were the same, keeps looking for an adult! He'll notice that Pharos is talking to a shop clerk, but he doesn't make the connection at all. Instead he makes a "huh" at seeing the kid from move-in day, and keeps looking around]

[ It's okay, Elliot. Akira remembers this little guy and scoops Pharos up from leading his samples conquest. Where are your snacks? ]

I found him. [ He says this loud enough hopefully for Elliot to hear. ] Did you finish shopping, Ryoji?

[ He peers down, not exactly disapproving, but curios why he took this form aside from the lack of icons. ]

Or should I call you Pharos.
