So there are... smaller, individual quartz with single uses, and powerful ones with multiple uses?
Regeneration is a very powerful ability. I can see why you'd want to train it up and become proficient in it. You healed that bruise of mine up almost instantly.

I'm trying smaller uses like... chilling drinks, or icing objects. As well as larger,
battle uses for it when I get the chance to use them.

The singing thing is actually something I can do without my ARCUS. And that's the same for my ability to give people regeneration. But Canon gives me regeneration automatically, which just makes things easier.

And a good training strategy, it's really important to learn control on the small and large scale.
