We were at one of those military youth camps, and he could tell I wasn't happy to be there.

Well, a lion was my other self's school mascot, so maybe it's that.

I did...kinda hard to leave when it was out in the middle of nowhere. But I sorta just stuck close to Eren the whole time. That made it a lot better...even if I hated the camp itself.

so you don’t have any fond memories of that camp at all? i know it’s military camp, but it’s still camp.

Hehe. Maybe if he needs extra money while studying para-medicine, I'll suggest motivational speaker.

I have fond memories of being with Eren there? But the rest of the camp...no. It really wasn't the place for me.

all right. let me rephrase the question. have you ever had ANY good camp experiences? not just military camp.

you know i'm actually from the country?

yeah. i was born in Taketa (Oita Prefecture, Japan). also the place known for Nagayu Onsen, the carbonated water spring. my family moved around a lot, so i've lived in big cities, too.

that isn't the point. i'm saying i can teach you the wonders of camping in our very own forest.

Well...I guess it would be good to learn how to camp properly.
Especially if we get sent on more missions.
I mean, I camped in February but it was with 30 or so people so I'm not sure how much that counted.

camping can be really fun if you're with the right people. no push-ups while it's raining. promise.

I'm sure it's share of downsides but I can't help but be a little envious.
Traveling all over has always been a daydream of mine.

those are some good picks. i've been to London and Singapore before, but i've always wanted to check out Thailand. maybe we should go to Tokyo together.

Aww, pretty sure the girl scouts control the cookie sales with an iron fist anyway. But that's still cool!

wouldn't it? we could ride elephants. on my other self bit, he's technically from the country shipped to Tokyo, but details. that's still a really good idea. there was a curry and coffee shop he was always hanging around, so i'm curious.

those girl scout cookies are to die for.
