This always used to happen? I've only been in the city three years... been on the app for a couple of months.

I've only been in the city since last September. People talk about weird things happening since the start of the app ... but I haven't heard of anything before then.

[He makes a point to go a bit heavy on his new yorker accent so make it more noticeable]

[Sanji hears it! A little. Honestly to the Frenchman that's just another flavor of American, he is not good at picking up accents--

But in his amusement he copies Elliot, french accent suddenly that more obvious.]

Did I mention where I was from yet?

[he laughs a little, lightening up on the accent again. It's pretty mild most of the time, especially for someone not from the states.]

That's right, moved stateside three years ago.

Haha, wow. Long trip.

What brought you to the states?

Scholarship to Recollé U. Figured I needed a chance of scenery, anyway.

[While they chat, Sanji's fast approaching another pillar of buildings... and the only reason he knows this is because the bottom half of said buildings have already been painting. Looks like whoever made this their project got as high as they were able before they gave up.]

[he glances to see that painted bottom half. With a little focus, he'll throw out another water paint spell to get the buildings more painted]
