Detector

Elliot can use the spell Detector, which scans someone for information. In canon, this is used as a means to gain enemy information, as seen here. The following rules apply to the spell:

Elliot has to cast the spell on someone to gain any information. Once cast, he has access to their information at any time unless something drastic changes about them (change species, get possessed, giant plot twist identity reveal, etc). Elliot won't cast it on any PCs without good reason such as a fight or plot-reason.

In order for the spell to work, Elliot has to be in visual range of his target. He can only target one person at a time.

When cast, the target will feel a strong unsettled feeling, as if something's peering into their heads. If a character doesn't have a strong will or focus, it may distract them from what they're doing until the feeling fades.

Characters with sensing abilities will be able to tell it's magic in nature. Characters with strong magic/mental abilities can figure out what the spell does or the source (Hint: it's the guy with the wizard staff)- just talk to me about it!

BIO: A freshmen at Recolle University, currently majoring in Communications. He's also Elliot's roommate, friends with... Personas and Cats alike. Goro Akechi is his boyfriend. He hates seagulls.

THESE ARE HIS OWN STATS, but it'll change depending on the Persona.

STRENGTHS: Akira is a dagger user, letting him breeze through close combat with quick maneuvers, and has great reflexes. His aim is pretty good due to playing FPS games as well. While being able to switch between Personas makes him adaptable, he's also good at improvising. Strengths are also dependent on Persona.
WEAKNESSES: He's reckless and isn't the gentlest of people when it comes to like... this stuff. He's still like this in Recolle, i'm sorry. Weaknesses also dependent on Persona. He also get anxious by large pools of blood and anything similar to people disappearing (invisibility, ceasing to exist). Elliot is close to him enough to unlock this secret: he has a mild case of trypophobia.

MONEY: ... why do you need to know... who even has cash on them nowadays? he pays by card.
