Thanks for the vote of confidence, I mean it. I'll regain my old life's memories and Retrospec or whatever messes with this life I got now... I kind of get dizzy thinking about it. Annoying as fuck.

It leaves behind a lot of confusion and contradictions when you try to reconcile the life you've known for ages, and the life we've lived recently... and deciding which is real.

I'm the new guy and it's a mess on my head, I can't imagine it when you've been here longer and get powers from that old life.

Okay, I wished I got back something cool after the first month or so, but that dream got dashed real fast. Fucking hell.

Having fewer, less complicated memories to get mixed up may have worked out better for you in the long run, yes.
