[He'd. Given James this yesterday, in the form of a drop off, but it's so much harder with his housemates; regardless, it's when he's spotted the three of them hanging out in one place, nervously holding the printouts in his hands before inhaling, exhaling, and finally striding to where they are and throwing down a set of pictures onto the nearest surface.
A picture of a black-covered notebook with the stylized words "Death Note" on it.
Various pages with names and causes of death, though there's many left blank too.
Zee's death in detail.
James's.
... and lastly, which he hesitantly sets down, is a picture of the rules of the notebook, which includes "Whoevers name is written in this book shall die".
Goro's crossing his arms, nerves skittering beneath his skin as he looks anywhere but the three.]
... I paid my brother's home a visit and this is what I found.
[Found where it was, really, every thing replaced meticulously, considering he already knew it was there.]
[Elliot had been sitting on the couch. When Goro puts them on the coffee table, he'll lean forward to look at them with increasing worry on his face. The names, the causes of death....]
This is...
[W e l p. He gulps and glances at the others for some words because uh need a moment here.]
[ They’re enjoying their game of Super Bash Bros? But it’s been some time since he has really seen Goro, so he’s glad!
Until the pictures start dropping. His squints at them, finding it odd for a notebook to blatantly yell its purposes on the front, but most importantly— ]
... Goro. Searching your brother’s place is dangerous.
[ There’s no anger in his voice, instead weariness and worry. This kind of evidence is damning, but Jesus????? ]
[Lunch took a dark turn earlier, this is fine. Goro's leveling a Look at Akira, but otherwise he's just shaking his head and answering Yusuke.]
No. I left everything as it had been when I entered... I'm not so stupid to think I'm completely off the list of those expendable. [A moment of hesitance, then he squeezes his arms a bit tighter.] Those who know the existence of it are always a target, by necessity. If... I spoke up about it publicly, even if I didn't name names, that would give him enough reason to make an "executive decision". I'm almost certain he could think of some way to twist those rules to put someone permanently in the ground as well.
[If he was in the mind to, anyway.]
Regardless, there's your proof. My brother is behind all of it -- the Collective's deaths during those odd months, Zee's death, James's... as well as any in the future, should there be any at all. It won't necessarily hold up in court, but with this we at least have something.
[Obviously Goro isn't like, thrilled to be giving any of this about his family, but he's holding it together. With threads. But together.]
[It's okay he was losing in the game anyway. He meanwhile looks so sad to hear Goro's explanation. It sure raises some questions, like how long Goro's known the truth but...]
So even his own brother... that's terrible...
[He can't imagine what Goro is going through right now. he bites his lip a little.]
Thank you for bringing this to us, Goro. It couldn't have been easy.
[ He's not sure what else to say, especially with this is all about his own brother. Family has always been important to him, so Akira is at a loss, always has been when he started suspecting the other Akira even a smidgen.
The question about sharing this to those that can bring Akira to justice crosses his mind, but comfort is more important here. He gestures Goro to come closer to them. Have a seat. ]

...
You didn't leave any trace of being in that room, did you?
[ He'd hope that Goro's own brother wouldn't choose to make him a target but there's no guarantee. Not in this scenario. ]
