[ and we’re here, thursday evening pulling into recolle’s hubbub hub arcade entrance. neon lights bounce of and flicker in the darkening streets of tisse, with whirring sounds and 8-bit tunes inviting all to take this week’s throwback thursday challenge: pinball mania, double the tickets, but double the difficulty.

it’s getting warmer, with may right around the corner and one of the drier day they’ve had this month. eren dons a pair of slim cut jeans with rips over his knees, boots, a t-shirt and mild accessories— watch and wrist brace.

he’s sort of. procrastinating to actually walk in, making them hang outside under the alley canopy and slowing his steps, arms in a slight swing to bring elliot whiplashing (gently) into him with fingers curling, pulling his to bump into him. ]

Whoops.

[It's a beautiful evening. elliot's got his own jeans and a t-shirt on (music themed, of course), and is just enjoying the warm weather.

He's smiling as Eren pulls him in, letting him bump into him. But don't think he isn't fully aware of what his fiance is doing. He knows how sneaky he can be]

This is still arcade property, so if you keep hanging out here I could say the timer starts now~

[ eren ends up abandoning the hold on elliot’s hands in favor of letting his palms slide up to his face and cup both sides of his face. it’s not that he doesn’t accept it as a real threat! it was! but eren is confident. he’s close to him, nose to nose, watching his eyes and the way his skin feels under the brush of thumb and, agh, at this rate he could just be perpetually turned on by the beauty his heart sees. ]

Five more minutes?

[ so that he can do this: just slink a little closer into shades, tip elliot’s head back, and press his lips to his in a loving and lingering kiss. ]

[He'll return the kiss, keeping it slow and sensual. His hands move to his sides, oh, this was a beautiful man that he loved so much.

as eren’s lips retreat from elliot’s, still brushing against them as he ticks at him— they pull back into a grin, teeth showing and giving his fiancé’s cheeks a squeeze against his palms.

biting his bottom lip as he lifts his head and dips it back, eren relents, planting one more kiss onto elliot before tugging him along, stationing his body in front of eren’s so that he could press into him from behind as they walk.

he’s ready 👀 ]

I’ll still get 1000, in 55 minutes.

[Eren you sly boy you. Elliot will give a light little laugh as he returns with his own kiss plant and lets him be lead along. He knows what eren's trying to do, and so he's going to try to resist pretty hard.

got a challenge to win after all]

[ the flickering neon lights shining bright against their faces signals their entering— the arcade looks alive! and eren looks ready to kill it. squeezing elliot’s hand and pulling him along in a bolt to his first stop: coins. buying all the coins with a twenty.

this is sort of rushed, but he does pass elliot a handful and takes the rest. and what game does he go to first! a classic. a giant connect four. he’ll be playing against a robot if elliot doesn’t join in, but.

this is a good chance to take tickets away from him. ]

[Wow that sure is a lot of coins. Elliot does his best to grab onto the fistful he's given and pocket them. Here's hoping he doesn't drop any.

But the game catches his interest]

Wow, Connect 4! I didn't know they made a real game out of it. Okay if I join?
