Resounding Beat
Summary
Elliot can grant up to four people short-term regeneration ability as well as slightly increased defense. The ability lasts about 3-4 minutes. Character must be in hearing range in order for it to work. Regeneration cannot regrow body parts, repair already-healed injuries (scars), or bring back the dead.

Blue Lullaby
Summary
Lulls people into a temporary magical sleep with bubbles. It can cause some damage, but not a whole lot. The sleep spell lasts about 3-4 minutes (or comment rounds), and can be resisted if someone has magical resistance ability or doesn't actually sleep.

Summary

Canon
Summary
A blue gray glowing gem that powers his ARCUS. While inside the ARCUS, it grants Elliot the spells Tear and Aqua Bleed. Passive abilities granted include larger casting range, more effective healing (compared to other ARCUS users), and short term regeneration ability. Regeneration is activated upon first injury, and lasts for five minutes.

Nocturne Bell
Summary
Elliot summons ethereal bells that when heard, can make a person fall asleep with nightmares. If they are woken up by some means other than a means to undo the spell, they will be hit with a random status effect. Can be resisted by either covering your ears or having a decent magic resistance.

Seventh Rhapsody
Summary
The S-Craft Seventh Rhapsody (1:29 to 1:51). Elliot uses the violin mode on his staff to destroy enemies with a rainbow death beam. Those who survive the rainbow onslaught will be inflicted Confusion status for a couple minutes which will make them unable to think rationally or differentiate between friend or foe. Only those with some kind of immunity (aka ability, item or plot reasons) will be able to avoid it.

This is Elliot's special attack, so he can't use it super often and it'll tire him out enough to deplete his other crafts/spells for a bit.
