[Carolyn made her way to the community college she heard about through the app. Though she still didn’t trust it she needed help and this was the quickest way. Luckily Indane decided she, at least Carolyn thinks the Rimbombee is a she, wanted to fight the pigeon on the windowsill. The glass breaking was exactly what she needed to distract her from her new body parts, as well as the fact that her room had been redecorated to match. So with her new distraction in mind she sought out some of these “Pokego” people. As she was walking down the street she noticed she was moving faster than normal. Curiosity kicking in she decided to slowly go faster and faster until she was running full tilt down the street, manic laughing the entire time. She continued running even as she made it to the community college, running down the halls until she found where she thought the Pokego people were.]

Good morning would you people happen to be affiliated with Pokego, I have a concern I want to talk about.

[Cifera bounced back and forth on her feet as she psyched herself up for this. She hadn’t tested the limits of her new ability yet so was hoping this would turn out well. She took a deep breath, flipped the poker chip, and was off. Running through the still streets of Kaisou grinning ear to ear as she looked for Husk. The moment she seen him she scooped him up bridal style and started running back to the casino.]

Apologies for the sudden trip Grumpy Cat, carrying you felt like the easier option.

[Shortly after saying that she set him down in front of his gift as time began to move again.]

[She says this as she does jazz hands at his gift. A taco bell themed poker table, the felt of the table patterned like a 90’s taco bell, with matching cards and chips.]

[ The familiar sound of shoes on crystal, the only sound in an eerily quiet landscape. Familiar crystalline structures that hum with an alien energy, similar yet different to her native aether, but it serves to let her see all the same. The path before her is familiar, the aethereal sea, the crystalized aether paths of the Aeitascope... yet it is not, the ambient aether and lingering souls of Etherys's life stream absent in this imitation. And She should know, having cast herself into the life stream on more than one occasion... ]

At least I came out dressed this time.

[A sigh follows those words as she stops walking, this was different, there had been no spell, no one pulling her soul back from the life stream. She remembers being deep in research on travel between the shards, and then she was waking up here, in this labyrinth of crystal. She was confident this wasn't a dream, but she was certain of little else, and she's learning little and less in this place, wandering for hours. If she keeps pushing forward, eventually she will find an exit, if her mental map is correct the path has not yet looped, so it must be leading somewhere. Just then, a breeze upon her face, rustling her silver hair, grabbing her attention. She turns towards the source of the breeze, an opening, maybe even an exit, at the very least a change of scenery. She walks towards it, stepping through the threshold, the portals magics blinding her to anything beyond until she steps through and grass crunches under her feet, a cool breeze with the scent of water washes over her, a crisp late autumn breeze.

The air itself feels almost thick with energy, not aether but something similar. She can perceive it all the same, clearly the same energy that had formed the labyrinth she had just emerged from, the portal of which closes behind her as she turns to observe it. She can see currents of energy in the air, it seems almost chaotic, unintentional. but the world is sufficiently saturated that she can make out the outlines of buildings in the distance, sky scrapers taller than she is used to back home, more reminiscent in size to some of the buildings of solution 9, but lacking the familiar electric aetheric signature that permeates that place. Something else catches her eyes, something new entirely, as she looks up to the sky and sees the flow of the leylines spirit energy, illuminating the usually blank sky. She is momentarily awestruck, the last time she'd 'seen' the sky was on the first, when the light aspected aether still choked the sky. But that was oppressive, this was... beautiful.]

If only the others were here to see this, I wonder how Urianger with his flowery words would describe the sight.

[A soft flicker of a smile plays across her lips as she thinks of her comrades, but quickly fades, she is alone, in an unfamiliar world. She will have plenty of time to miss people after she figures out where she is. And for that - HONK - A noise cuts her off, nearly making her jump as she turns to see a familiar shape, a few geese, coming out of the water and walking towards the grass, She moves to step aside onto the paved walkway that surrounds the lake. She stops and tilts her head as she observes one of the geese walking passed is dressed like her.]

Curious... I will have to follow up on that, but I should focus on getting my bearings, a library or archive of some sort would be as good a start as any.

[Although if the books are not printed with aether/energy conductive ink, she would struggle to read them. Surely this world has aids for the visually impaired to gather information. She hears a new sound, her ears twitching as she turns towards it, footsteps, humanoid. An unfamiliar aetheric signature, far enough away she cannot make out details, seems to be approaching.]</small] Excuse me, I find myself a little lost, could you point me in the direction of a Library?

Happy Holidays. We hope your actual thanksgiving went fine. No, we don't know how to track down Tom Turkey. He's been at large for centuries, apparently he really likes trapping random groups of people and forcing them to spend the holiday with him. Sadistic bird.

Oh yeah, by now some of you have probably received notice of a secret santa gift exchange. It's stupid, but I really recommend you do it- the department head that runs that is a fae and is happy to curse people who don't follow through on presents. Also they make me pick out gifts if anyone doesn't get something, and I will just send the first gift card I find.

That's all. Time for the icebreaker. It's the last icebreaker that was written by the vtuber collaborator, so expect these things to get worse starting next month.

Hello, friends! It's about to be December again, and you know what that means: the fact I am posting this actually before December 1 means

karzilla reminded me about the existence of linear time again. Wait, no -- well, yes, but also -- okay, look, let me back up and start again: it's almost December, and that means it's time for our annual December holiday points bonus.

The standard explanation: For the entire month of December, all orders made in the Shop of points and paid time, either for you or as a gift for a friend, will have 10% of your completed cart total sent to you in points when you finish the transaction. For instance, if you buy an order of 12 months of paid time for $35 (350 points), you'll get 35 points when the order is complete, to use on a future purchase.

[Yi Sang looked out from the window of the hotel that he was staying at. At the edge of town, it was a cheap option, but untenable long term. Here he was just a few months in, stuck in circumstances stranger than he could previously imagine, recalling memories from somewhere entirely different, and not a step closer to his original goal. All he had to show for it was a dagger, a horrific death, and a class textbook.

Worse yet, one death gave him memories of dying and rising over and over again, though he couldn't remember why. Nor could he remember being this unmotivated during the month of Shadow. A truly unideal cocktail, and it needed to change.

Currently that dagger was still a total mystery. An internet search and a couple public bus rides later, Yi Sang found himself in Brick Alley once again, staring at the shop sign.]

"Auguries of Innocence"...the owner is a fan of the late William Blake?

[Pushing the door open, Yi Sang takes a moment to look about the curiosities of the shop. At the moment the space was empty of others. If the owner or someone else was here, Yi Sang didn't see them at the moment.

Yet he did hear multiple voices...in heated conversation? That was another business upstairs, wasn't it?

Yi Sang did spot a bell however, and with two "Dings!", began the wait.]

I decided to go text for this, as I feel I might embarrass myself if I were to do it over voice, so this is the best I can currently do.

I got a call on my birthday. Which was the 23rd, by the way--thank you to everyone who stopped by.

The call was from Santa Claus.

After the... excitement we had for Thanksgiving, I think he wants to make sure that the party this year is a big one.

He could do it himself of course, sort of like how he set up down here last year, but he had a better idea. That maybe this can be a collaborative event. That those who are living down here--and those up above too--can help come up with different events for the party to include; if anyone would like to suggest or even host a special part of the celebration--Santa is willing to work with all of us to make sure we all have an unforgettable year, this year.

We should start brainstorming now so we can have everything set in stone as soon as possible.
If you have any ideas, or want to host anything, please let me know. I'll make sure to help coordinate.

--Oh, yeah, I'll be hosting the fight arena again this year, of course. Anyone who wants to go a round with Santa will have to go through me first. I look forward to facing any of you one on one.
