Aw, thanks Yusuke. I should be alright though. If I'll be going to that music train again, it might be better to go alone That way it wouldn't matter if that memory screen got set off again.
[Since he rather not pry on your memories...again]
Oh? What kinds of spells? Are they still tied to the ARCUS machine...?
[ which reminds him. ]
I hope the design is holding out well. I gave the design a coating so it should hopefully hold up in battle-like situations as well... but as I don't know a lot about battle, please let me know if there's any damage and will do a top up.
Oh, it's holding it up great so far! Thank you again for doing it. It makes me happy every time I see it!
[Anyway]
But yeah, they're all tied to the ARCUS. It's a bunch different things, but one of them's an ice spell! Though I bet it doesn't hold a candle to Goemon's power.
It's no problem. You did commission me after all. It was quite a delicate piece to do in the end. I enjoyed it.
Don't write yourself off so quickly. Goemon is still tricky for me to maintain over long periods of time - you would likely have endurance over me, and may have stronger attacks, if yours were weaker at first at all.
I'm not writing myself off! I have every intention of keeping up with you guys. Still, Goemon specializes in ice, right? Canon, my master quartz, specializes more in healing and liquid water magic. So I wouldn't be surprised if you could surpass with ice.
Still, Personas really do pack a punch. If you could find a way around the endurance problem, you'd be set.
Your quartzes are all individually named? That's... quite detailed. And you say master quartz? Is that different to a regular one?
I suspect as with many things endurance based, the answer is to keep summoning them until you can handle it. As an example, I feel that Goemon is more powerful than he was when I first got him, and I am able to summon him for longer periods of time. But using him exclusively would still be a drain on me, should I attempt it.
Only master quartz are named I think. The others are just called by the spell they have. And yeah, they are. They power the ARCUS, grow stronger over time, and they have more abilities. Like Canon's the reason I can regenerate without needing to cast anything.
Hmm...that makes sense. So you just need to keep training. I know Souji buys my coffee when he trains, since it restores magical energy. So maybe that could help you if you have to use him for awhile Downside, it tastes really bad.
So there are... smaller, individual quartz with single uses, and powerful ones with multiple uses? Regeneration is a very powerful ability. I can see why you'd want to train it up and become proficient in it. You healed that bruise of mine up almost instantly.
I'm trying smaller uses like... chilling drinks, or icing objects. As well as larger, battle uses for it when I get the chance to use them.
Aha, you got it! The singing thing is actually something I can do without my ARCUS. And that's the same for my ability to give people regeneration. But Canon gives me regeneration automatically, which just makes things easier.
That's really impressive Yusuke! And a good training strategy, it's really important to learn control on the small and large scale. I should come to you next time I need something chilled.
Yeah...not my coffee. Not sure what I keep doing wrong, but it keeps coming out sludgey And gritty? It's bad.

... yes. Most of the things they take from us return eventually though, I will hold onto that being the case here as well.

I just wish there was something we could do about it besides waiting.

Maybe I'll check out the subways again this weekend. Or the dome. There might've been something we missed.

And I want to get some of those instruments if I can. It's such a waste to leave them down there.

I'll figure it out!

If you need a hand, please do let me know. As much as I'm sure any of us could traverse it alone, that doesn't not mean I think we should.

Have you learned more over the past couple of months?

Just got a new batch of spells this month, actually.

It feels like very slow progress though... but a lot of things in life are. Slow but steady.
... Are you filtering it properly?

Hehe, I know what you mean.
It'll take awhile, but I know you'll get it!
Um, maybe?
I forget- is the filter supposed to dissolve with the coffee?
