It's been around so long that I don't even know what type of guy I'd be without it.

Hm...does it matter? The type of guy you are right now is the one who exists, right? Alternate selves or hypothetical options...thinking about that kind of thing tends to drag you down.

You're right though. I already wasted too many years on "what ifs" as it is. It's not like I sit around wondering who I'd be without my anxiety. I keep it managed well enough these days anyway.

It's fine, really. I'm pretty sure the more you try to be cool, the less cool you are anyway. So I'm not worried about it.
