That's fine. Dad drilled a "you have to save yourself" mindset pretty hard into my sister and me growing up, so I can't say I have much of a "knight-in-shining-armor coming to save me" fantasy.

I would never dream of demeaning your strength and individuality by going so far into that drivel. You've proven time and again, in this life and in our past lives, that you can handle a great many challenges yourself. This isn't to critique Rean, I hope you understand. I do remember some of why he does what he does, and it wouldn't be fair of me to discuss it without him present.
