Haha, Guten Tag, Jusis. [He says in his very American accent. He then clears his throat and gets to business]

So I'm at lunch with Takame's boyfriend, Yusuke. And according to him, Takame broke his arm during the whole- you know. But Yusuke's been the one paying the medical bills because Takame's not insured.

[Oh he notices. Cuuuuuuute and also something to ask about later.]

[Elliot's going to hear a soft, fond chuckle on Jusis' end. The accent is very American, but he appreciates the effort all the same.

However, he does get serious as his friend explains what's going on. Jusis is definitely frowning as he writes something down.]

Have him send the bills to my address. I'll take care of them without it negatively impacting their deductible. Also, if they require medication, have him send me the receipt and I'll reimburse him.

[Elliot gives a soft sigh of relief. Of course Jusis would be right on top of handling it, just as Elliot expected]

Haha, alright. Thank you Jusis. You're the best. I'm gonna hand over the phone so you can exchange contact information, okay?

[He'll pull the phone away from his ear, holding it out to Yusuke to take. ]

Here. Jusis says he'll take care of it.

Hello, Yusuke. My apologies, I hadn't realized your partner had suffered such injuries. If you have any medical bills from the hospital or receipts for his medication, please send them to me when you get them. I'll give you my email and phone number so that we can take care of it.

[He'll wait for Yusuke to be able to take down that information before giving his email address and number to him.]

[Which he does, and then he gives Jusis his number and email as well, just in case.]

You really don't have to do this, Mister Albarea but...thank you.

[Jusis writes it down since he's got a lot on his plate at the moment. Not that he doesn't stop having a lot on his plate, but you know.]

My conscience would never let me do otherwise. I only wish your partner a quick and painless recovery.

[Yusuke hands the phone back because he is bad at phone calls and ending them.]

Jusis's just a friend. We really haven't talked about anything further than that.

Rean and I have talked about it at least. Rean hasn't spent as much time with Jusis as I have, but we both like him.

I see. Either way, he seems like a nice man. He didn't even hesitate to offer to help me with Takame's medical bills.

Yeah, I knew he wouldn't.

I got a lot of issues with the Black Order, but Jusis is a great man. He'll always do everything he can to look after those he feels responsible for.

Just...you know, sometimes he's socially awkward. You get used to that.

If you're sure. [Look if Elliot says so, it's probably true.] I think I will, then, after school is out for the summer.

[And he slumps down on the table.]

I cannot wait for school to be out for the summer. The spring semester has been...a lot.

And boy, do I know what you mean. It's been one thing after another, I swear. Once summer hits, I'm going to sleep for a week.
