[... You all are the worst movie watchers, he's surmised, as Goro is very legitimately trying to watch this movie and Akira's playing duck duck goose. He is fine with this.]
As someone who does enjoy the bad boy trope, he's more like... a sociopathic asshole whose self-absorbed attitude should push everyone everyone away, and yet by plot necessity she's more than attracted to him by, yes, the thought of "saving" or "fixing" something broken, which is insulting itself. It falls in the same holes that the Dusk saga does, which is no surprise consider its ultimate origin, and yet... I can't help but be disappointed.
[They're not even bad in an entertaining way. Or new.]
About the movie, anyway. I'm quite alright with Akira's dedication, even if his outfit is lacking.
[ Akira is usually a good movie watcher?! But Yusuke is a big commenter and it’s infectious. He tries to get fox friend with the riding crop again since they can’t just have one man left behind. ]
A person isn’t the solution to someone’s problems. [ Life lessons, but now he’s stroking his chin as Morrigan comes closer to bat at the crop. ] Should I take out my crossdressing outfit?
[ WHAT DO Y’ALL THINK? He isn’t serious, by the way. ]
The easiest way is to not expect much from it in the first place, really. He was like this in the first film, and I'm sure he will be by the last one as well.
[ Um. Well. ]
If you are looking to fit in with the theme of the movie, then by all means.
[ ?! He was kidding, so he’s surprised by this reaction from all of them. It’s like betrayal if it weren’t for the fact he dug himself this hole. At first, he just. Stares at them until 1) someone says they’re joking or 2) it really sinks in. Unfortunately, it’s 2 today.
Then he idlely fiddles with the crop, nervous and unknowing. ]
[ No... Now that Goro has said that, he isn’t going to do it. It also earns a thwack as he’s getting grilled by his friends. ]
Rewriting is an overstatement. I only rewrote what very few and short scenes it has, then used the replace function on Word to change the pronouns and name.
[ ... ]
Oh, yeah, how did your boyfriends feel about BDSM?
[AGAIN..? Goro frowns at the hit, but his expression becomes more quizzical when Akira asks the other two... that. One positive, one negative, everyone has their own tastes, but--]
Were you exempt from asking my thoughts for some reason, Akira?
[he??? was not asked??? he has thoughts on it though.]
[ OH BOY. He almost totally forgot somehow that his own boyfriend is here. There is a ton of regrets piling up as he squints at Goro, wondering how he can just circle around this and focus on the answers received.
Nope, there’s no way except death. ]
... I knew the answer already, I didn’t think I needed to ask?
[ Oh my God you guys he was going to ask when they try it out (if ever), stop. This. Akira is sweating bullets, smiling wryly as he figures out how to wiggle himself out of this.
He can't.
There's no escape in sight. Even Morrigan stares at him like YOU FUCKED UP, CRIME BOY. Well, if he has to die tonight, he'll drag someone with him. The smile brightens into something cheerful now. ]
If I remember correctly, in a private phone call, Goro Akechi said this. [ And this is why he has to smile like this. It's the only way he can imitate Goro's voice: ] "I know I said I wanted my hands tied, but you're really making me wish I could touch you."
[ Look, you do these things to yourself, Akira. But really, after having a box of dragon dildos with Goro Akechi’s name in the box literally explode at him... not much surprises him. ]
...
[ Yet somehow he learned more than he wanted to. ]
There is nothing wrong with adventure in one’s private life. [ He. Does believe this. ]
But work your way up if you have not tried anything yet. It wouldn’t do for you to injure each other, and would be fairly awkward to explain such injuries away. [ As it will be to explain why two people supposedly in love murdered each other with words while their friends sat back and watched in morbid fascination, ]
[Akira's getting a hearty smack of the riding crop for that, oh my god, his face is on fire and he looks like he wants to die. The smack is enough to sting even hitting cloth.]
Do you really want to start this, Akira? Shall I recall the same phone call, or do you want me to tell our friends here what you were doing bundled up in the corner of the lodge in Magatus?
[ It isn't about being less in trouble!!! He has hit rock bottom, so you go all out. Perfect. All he wanted was to see some color on Goro's face, but he's Hurt. Akira winces and rubs the affected area—ouch. ]
Please spare Yusuke and Elliot.
[ He. Does not want to go there, especially when Yusuke was in Magatus with him. ]
But to answer, we haven't dipped into anything like that yet. We'll be careful.

[Innocently.]

[As for the dom outfit...well, he isn't into crossdressing really but...]
Well...it can't be any worse than what's on screen right now.
[SO YOU DO YOU AKIRA]

Really?
[ MAKING SURE ]

Don't get shy now, Akira, as attractive a look as it is on you. Your charm comes from your foolhardy and unrelenting confidence.
[or the bluff of it]
no subject
[ Akira... you!!? Suggested it?? ]
Especially when it comes to sitting down. Watching movies when uncomfortable in any situation is unpleasant.
no subject
It's not that it makes me uncomfortable...
[ He just didn't expect such a warm acceptance of his costume?? Not warm, per se. Just general acceptance as normalcy. ]
I was just surprised that no one objected.
no subject
It's not exactly the strangest thing we've done together, so...
[What's there to get uppity about?]

[ Akiwa.... ]

Why would I ever object to seeing my boyfriend dress up?

[ Since they mentioned this last time. ]

We only had the conversation recently. More about the restraining part than anything else.
[ Side note: Yusuke is wearing a big, cosy sweater with very long, over-the-hand style sleeves. Make of that what you will. ]
It was a positive conversation.
no subject
Eheh...
It was a strong no.
[Which by Eren's standards, means yelling off roof tops]

You were not curious to hear directly?
[ Interesting. ]
Communicating such things is important, Akira.
no subject
I mean I figured Eren wouldn't be into it, but I still felt it was right to check instead of assume.
[THROWS AKIRA UNDER THE BUS]
no subject
Goro's gonna take that riding crop from you, boyfriend, and lean back into the couch with his arms crossed.]
Thank you both. Now, I'd like to know what my answer would be, Akira. If you knew it so well already.
[He's not mad or even annoyed, he's just liking the shovel that goes with Akira today.]

I-I'm not sure reading your sexting out loud will get you in less trouble, Akira....
[He's not gonna judge about doing sexting since he's done it but....Akira...please think for a moment what you're doing]
